Marathon Music Works

Marathon Music Works occupies an 1881 building originally built as a steel factory in Marathon Village, west of downtown, and converted to a live-music and event venue in 2011. The space spans more than 14,000 square feet with a standing-room capacity of 1,800. For seated and structured events, it handles up to 600 in formal banquet seating, 750 in a theater arrangement, and 900 in a cocktail configuration, with the open factory floor, exposed structure, and stage giving it a flexible warehouse character.

Alongside its regular concert calendar, the venue runs a private-event program covering receptions, fundraisers, corporate dinners and events, video shoots, trade shows, and conferences, and prospective clients can book a walkthrough through its site. With a full stage, production capability, and large standing capacity, it is best for big corporate events, galas, holiday parties, weddings, and reunions that want a true music-venue setting with room for a crowd.
