Grand Manse

The Grand Manse is Lincoln's former U.S. Court House and Post Office, a 1904 federal building at 10th and P Streets that now mixes event spaces, apartments, and lodging. Event rentals center on the Ballroom at Grand Manse, with additional spaces including the Boiler Grand Hall — shared with Boiler Brewing Company in the building's lower level — and a salon. Original architectural detail from the courthouse era remains throughout, which is the main reason couples and planners choose it over newer rooms.

The building also offers overnight accommodations, including a Summer Suite for up to 10 guests and a Penthouse Suite for up to 20, so a wedding party can get ready and stay on site. Ballroom inquiries go through a dedicated events email rather than a general front desk. It is best for weddings and formal celebrations that want a genuinely historic downtown setting with lodging in the same building.
