6172 Cockrill Bend Circle, Nashville, TN 37209
OZ Arts Nashville is a contemporary arts and event venue in a renovated warehouse on Cockrill Bend Circle in West Nashville, near The Nations, occupying the former CAO Cigars headquarters. The centerpiece is a 10,000-square-foot column-free warehouse that serves as a blank-canvas event space, supplemented by an Ultra Lounge and a Veranda for different parts of an event. The space was designed to present cutting-edge performance and installation art, and doubles as a venue for high-end private events; it was named Best New Venue by NFocus magazine.
Rentals run in 12-hour increments, typically between noon and midnight, with other arrangements available through an account manager. The unobstructed warehouse, flexible production capability, and gallery-grade aesthetic make it a fit for galas, corporate functions, weddings, and upscale receptions that want a modern, art-forward backdrop rather than a traditional ballroom. OZ Arts is best for design-conscious clients planning large, elevated events that benefit from a flexible open floor plan.
