The Harvey House is a supper-club-style restaurant on West Washington Avenue near downtown Madison with four distinct private dining options. Upstairs at Harvey takes over the entire second floor with its own private bar for 45 seated or 55 standing at a $6,500 minimum; the Pheasant Room seats 20; The Office, with a separate entrance and mid-century furnishings, holds 30 seated or 40 standing; and the Train Car — a restored rail car with its own vintage bar and lift access — seats 35 at a $5,000 minimum. Groups of 8 to 12 qualify for a reduced $2,000 minimum in the Train Car and Office.
Menus are customized through the restaurant's events team, with booking handled through an online inquiry form. Minimums position it at the premium end of Madison private dining. It is best for rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, corporate dinners, and holiday parties where the food and the room are the point.
