State Line Distillery is a working craft distillery with a cocktail lounge on Northern Court in Madison's Capitol East corridor. Private bookings scale in three steps: the Gallery Room takes up to 30 guests for birthdays and small celebrations, the Gallery plus back patio handles up to 70 with indoor-outdoor flow, and a full buyout — lounge, gallery, and both patios — accommodates up to 120 in season, or 80 when the patio closes. Gallery bookings carry a two-drink-per-person minimum, while full buyouts include a bottomless bar and a portable PA system.
The open catering policy lets hosts bring food from any vendor, which keeps menus and budgets flexible while the bar pours the distillery's own spirits. The lounge operates evening hours through the week, leaving daytime and buyout windows for events.
