The Standard Knoxville

The Standard occupies a 1930s manufacturing building at 416 W. Jackson Avenue in downtown Knoxville, a short walk from Market Square and the Old City. The renovation kept the building's working past visible: exposed brick walls, original wood staircases, copper storefronts, arched doorways, and large skylights that bring daylight into the main hall. Altogether the venue offers more than 10,000 square feet of usable space across the main room, the 412 Loft, and an outdoor patio.

Practical infrastructure is in place for full-scale events — a catering kitchen, a bridal suite, and flexible room configurations. The 412 Loft seats up to 75 for ceremonies and the patio holds about 60, so couples can run a ceremony and reception on site without a venue change. The Standard books weddings, galas, corporate functions, and nonprofit fundraisers, and is best suited to weddings and large evening events that want an industrial downtown backdrop with on-site amenities.
