Relix Variety Theatre

Relix Variety Theatre brings a dose of creative energy to Knoxville's event scene. Tucked into the Happy Holler neighborhood on North Central Street, this eclectic venue combines live music roots with private event hosting in a space decorated with vintage signage, string lights, and local art.

The full stage with professional sound and lighting makes it a natural fit for birthday bashes, holiday parties, and any event where live entertainment is part of the plan. The standing capacity of 300 gives the room a concert-hall buzz even at smaller events. A full bar operates on-site, and the venue allows outside food and catering. Rental rates are among the most affordable in Knoxville, making Relix an appealing option for hosts who want personality and flexibility without a premium price tag.
