Lonesome Dove Western Bistro

Lonesome Dove Western Bistro occupies the former Patrick Sullivan's Saloon building at the corner of Jackson and Central in Knoxville's Old City. The restaurant, opened in 2016 under chef Tim Love, serves a menu built on American West ingredients with contemporary technique, and runs a dedicated private events program for groups of 10 to 200.

Three spaces handle private functions. The Fulmer Room seats 32 (40 standing) and connects to a private kitchen and wine room, sized for business lunches and small celebrations. The third-floor Sullivan Room seats 100 (130 standing) under high ceilings and chandeliers, with its own stocked bar and views over the Old City. A Chef's Table seats 10 for close-range dining. Full buyouts are available, and the events team handles corporate dinners, wine tastings, cooking demonstrations, and wedding-related meals. It is best for rehearsal dinners, corporate dinners, and upscale private dining where the food is the main event.
